PDX Clean & Clear Windows Service Agreement

1. Our 10% Price Promise
We commit to providing residential and commercial window cleaning at a rate 10% lower than the local market average. Estimates provided via our online calculator are preliminary; final pricing is subject to on-site confirmation of window size, condition, and accessibility.
2. The PDX Rain Guarantee
If measurable rainfall occurs within 48 hours of your completed exterior service, PDX Clean & Clear will provide a one-time complimentary "touch-up" of the affected exterior panes. To claim, you must contact us via phone or email within 72 hours of the original service. This guarantee does not apply to interior windows or windows obscured by debris unrelated to rainfall (e.g., mud splatter from landscaping).
3. Access and Safety
Customers must ensure all windows are accessible. This includes moving furniture, removing screens (unless screen cleaning is booked), and securing pets. Our technicians reserve the right to decline service if a window is deemed structurally unsafe or inaccessible via standard equipment.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Because we schedule our routes specifically for Portland traffic and efficiency, "no-show" appointments may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
5. Liability
PDX Clean & Clear Windows is fully insured and bonded. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as scratched glass, failing seals (foggy windows), or brittle frames. Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
